• Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or termination of membership.

• Participation in treks requires a signed liability waiver and medical clearance from a certified physician.
• Members are responsible for carrying appropriate personal gear and adhering to packing guidelines provided by Club Himalaya.

• Members are expected to follow Leave No Trace principles and minimize their environmental impact during treks.
• Proper disposal of waste and respectful treatment of natural and cultural heritage sites is mandatory.
