We are dedicated to providing our clients with an unforgettable experience that combines adventure, luxury, and safety.Role and Responsibilities:As a Trek Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our operations by:Engaging with Leads: Making outbound calls to potential clients who have shown interest in our Everest Base Camp Trek through our digital marketing campaigns.,Providing Information: Sharing details about our treks, itineraries, safety measures, and unique offerings to help clients make informed decisions.,Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are understood and met.,Trek Coordination: Assisting in planning and organizing the trek, coordinating with guides, arranging logistics, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants.,On-Ground Support: Being capable of conducting treks, if needed, and providing support to trekkers during their journey.,Requirements:Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
