Cancellation Policy

At Club Himalaya Trekking Company, we understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made more than 60 days before the trek departure date: Full refund of the trek cost.
• Cancellations made 30-60 days before the trek departure date: 50% refund of the trek cost.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the trek departure date: No refund.

Please note:

• Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our booking platform.
• Club Himalaya reserves the right to cancel a trek due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
